EGO's BCX3800 is the tough answer to tough terrain and is perfectly balanced for comfortable use. Lightweight yet durable, the carbon fiber drive shaft will not bend or warp over time and keeps vibration levels to a minimum. The tool is versatile and can be used with either the lawnmower or brush cutter heads provided as well as the Rotor Cut RTX2300 lawnmower which will take your capabilities to another level.
With the mower attachment the trimmer is on a manual head. The tool is supplied with a 2.4mm trimmer but can also be operated with up to a 3mm trimmer for cutting more stubborn vegetation. The three-sided steel blade (ABB1203) has a cutting width of 30 cm, which means it can reach hard-to-reach areas that usually cause trouble. The tool has a variable speed trigger for efficient and safe work. When changing the trimmer head for the tri-blade (or reciprocating trimmer) please read the manual which can be downloaded below or found inside the box when you receive the tool. It is important to follow the instructions to ensure a safe and correct installation.
A padded hip belt (AHP1500) is included in the set to prevent injuries or unnecessary wear and tear on your clothing during use. The tool is compatible with the EGO Power+ Pro-X backpack and belt which will help you to relieve the extra weight,
placing the battery on your back.
