The EGO BCX3800 is the tough answer to tough terrain and is perfectly balanced for comfortable use. Lightweight yet durable, the carbon fiber drive shaft won’t bend or warp over time and keeps vibration levels to a minimum. The tool is versatile and can be used with either the included grass trimmer or brush cutter head, as well as the Rotor Cut RTX2300 lawnmower, which will take your cutting capabilities to the next level.
With the trimmer attachment the trimmer line is located in a manual head. The tool is supplied with a 2.4mm trimmer line but can also be operated with a 3mm trimmer line for cutting more stubborn vegetation. The three-sided steel blade (ABB1203) has a cutting width of 30 cm, which means it can reach hard-to-reach areas that usually cause problems. The tool has a variable speed trigger for efficient and safe work. When changing the trimmer head for the three-sided blade (or reciprocating trimmer) read the manual which you can download below or find in the box when you receive the tool. It is important to follow the instructions to ensure safe and correct installation.
A padded hip belt (AHP1500) is included in the set to prevent injuries or unnecessary wear to your clothes during use. The tool is compatible with the EGO Power+ backpack and Pro-X belt which will help relieve you of the extra weight,
placing the battery on your back.
