Verolac is a glossy, solvent-based alkyd varnish of high resistance, suitable for all exterior and interior metal surfaces. It has high hardness, covering power and a gloss that remains unchanged. Due to its special composition, it is an excellent anti-corrosion finish for any type of metal surface. Its shades remain unchanged in adverse weather conditions and washing. It works softly, spreads very well and offers protection and beauty.

Preparation:
The surfaces must be cleaned with Brush Thinner T 300, dry and smooth, free of dust, oils and have been sanded with suitable sandpaper. Metal surfaces are primed with anti-rust primer (Anti-Rust Primer, Minio Primer or Metal Primer). Shiny metal surfaces (galvanized, aluminum, etc.) are primed with Glossy Surface Primer or Wash Primer.
Application:
The product is stirred well before use. It is applied in two coats with a roller or brush diluted 5% with Brush Thinner T 300 or an airless spray gun diluted 5% with Gun Thinner T 350. It should not be applied at temperatures below 5°C, above 35°C and/or relative humidity above 80%. The product is dry to the touch in 2-3 hours and can be repainted after 20-24 hours. These times vary depending on weather conditions (relative humidity and temperature). Surfaces painted with Verolac are washed after 30 days from painting. Rollers, brushes and stains on the floor are cleaned with Brush Thinner T 300 and then with soap or detergent. Guns are cleaned with Gun Thinner T 350.
