TURBO – FIX meets the specifications of the DIN EN ISO 846 standard and is therefore suitable for application in ventilation installations according to VDI 6022. It is also suitable and approved with an ISEGA certificate for applications in food storage areas.

Instructions for Use:
The surfaces must be clean of dust, grease and old adhesives. TURBO – FIX can be applied to many surfaces without a primer. However, where necessary, the use of a primer is recommended. Correct joint sizing is essential for an excellent seal. To apply the material, cut the tube, screw on the nozzle and spread the material in lines, using a gun or spatula, evenly on the surfaces to be bonded. The thickness of the material depends on the surface of the materials to be bonded. Adjust the connection within 10 minutes at the latest. The surfaces must remain stable for 24 hours. After application, the joints are cleaned and finished with TURBO TOP-FINISH. TURBO – FIX is paintable with water-based paints. Due to the variety of varnishes and paints available on the market, a preliminary test is recommended in each case. TURBO – FIX transparent is not suitable for external window sealing.
