Durable, glossy, fast-drying, anti-corrosion paint, specially designed for direct application to new, old, rusty or painted metals, without prior use of anti-corrosion primer. Offers strong adhesion, hardness, elasticity and long-term protection against corrosion. Easy to work with, does not run and spreads perfectly without streaks and joints.

Preparation:
The surfaces must be cleaned with Brush Thinner T 300, dry and smooth, free of dust, oils and have been sanded with suitable sandpaper. Remove loose pieces of rust or old paint from rusty or painted metals. Sand the shiny metal surfaces with sandpaper to ensure better adhesion. Shiny metal surfaces (galvanized, aluminum, etc.) are primed with Glossy Surface Primer or Wash Primer.
Application:
The product is stirred well before use. It is applied in two coats with a short-pile roller or brush without dilution or with an airless gun diluted 15% with Gun Thinner T 350. It is painted quickly and carefully to ensure proper coverage of the surface with the paint and its complete isolation from moisture, especially in difficult areas, such as corners and edges. Excellent protection is achieved with a dry layer of paint 100 μm thick, applying two coats of Direct-1. It should not be applied at temperatures lower than 5οC, higher than 35οC and/or relative humidity above 80%. The product is dry to the touch in 30-60 minutes and can be repainted after 2-3 hours or otherwise after 7 days. These times vary depending on weather conditions (relative humidity and temperature). Surfaces painted with Direct-1 are washed after 30 days from their painting. Tools are cleaned immediately after use with Spray Gun Thinner T 350.
