Ecological, silicone-based, micronized acrylic water-based primer, specially designed for strong adhesion and penetration on weak surfaces, due to its extremely low particle size (<0.05 μm). It is certified according to the criteria of the European Union Eco-Labeling Council. It is used for both exterior and interior surfaces. It has extremely low water absorption, waterproofs surfaces, has high breathability and excellent alkali resistance. It is an ideal substrate for any surface (plaster, concrete, cement mortar, marble mortar, gypsum boards, inferior quality paints, etc.) that is to be painted with water-soluble paints (plastics, acrylics, elastomers, cement paints, relief, etc.). It is user-friendly and environmentally friendly because it does not contain ammonia or other hazardous substances such as aromatic hydrocarbons, free formaldehyde, heavy metals or alkylphenol ethoxylates. It is certified with Indoor Air Comfort GOLD, the most stringent global indoor emissions rating system.

Preparation:
Surfaces must be clean, dry and smooth, free from dust, oil or any loose material. New plaster or cement surfaces must be completely dry for at least 30 days before applying paint. Visto or Acrylic Putty is used to fill holes and fill any cracks. Sand the surface thoroughly and ensure it is completely dry before priming.
Application:
The product is stirred well before use. It is applied in one layer with a roller, brush or airless gun and diluted up to 50% with water. On less absorbent surfaces it can be diluted up to 100%, while on very absorbent surfaces it can be used even without dilution. It should not be applied at temperatures lower than 5°C, higher than 35°C and/or relative humidity above 80%. The product is dry to the touch in 45 minutes and can be repainted after 4-6 hours with Vitex water-soluble paints. These times vary depending on weather conditions (relative humidity and temperature). After applying the paint, seal the container tightly and store it at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C for future use. The tools are cleaned immediately after use with water and if necessary with soap or detergent.
