Durovit is a colorless acrylic solvent-based primer that waterproofs and allows surfaces to "breathe". It exhibits strong adhesion and penetrates porous surfaces, such as plaster, exposed concrete, bricks, drywall, etc., as well as surfaces painted with lime or glue. It exhibits high resistance to moisture and is ideal for surfaces that are to be painted with water-soluble paints (plastics, acrylics, insulation, relief, etc.).

Preparation:
Surfaces must be clean, dry and smooth, free of dust, mold residue or loose materials. Acrylic Putty or Visto is used to fill holes and fill any cracks. Sand the surface thoroughly and ensure it is completely dry before priming.
Application:
The product is stirred well before use. It is applied in one layer with a roller, brush or airless gun. For application on walls, it is diluted 50-100% with Brush Thinner T 300 and for terraces 30%. It should not be applied at temperatures lower than 5οC, higher than 35οC and/or relative humidity above 80%.
The product is dry to the touch in 1 hour and can be repainted after 4-6 hours with Vitex plastic or acrylic paints. These times vary depending on weather conditions (relative humidity and temperature). Rollers, brushes and stains on the floor are cleaned with Brush Thinner T 300 and then with soap or detergent.
